Terms of Service

1. The agreement
By placing an order with Listing Dept (operating from 9 Jay Court, Monsey, NY 10952), you agree to these terms. Listing Dept provides written marketing materials for real estate listings — including descriptions, social media captions, email copy, and printable flyers — for a flat fee per listing or recurring subscription.
2. Delivery
Single-listing orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment. Three-pack and monthly subscribers receive priority delivery within 12 hours. Delivery is via email containing a Google Doc link and PDF attachments. We are not responsible for email deliverability issues outside our control; if you do not receive delivery, contact hello@listingdept.org and we will resend.
3. Ownership of work
Upon payment, all written deliverables are yours, work-for-hire. You may use, edit, distribute, and republish the materials in any medium. Listing Dept retains no copyright or licensing claim over delivered work.
4. Satisfaction policy
We do not offer refunds on delivered written work — once a deliverable has been sent, it cannot be returned. Instead, we offer unlimited free rewrites until you are satisfied with the output. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the next billing cycle. Refunds are issued only in two cases: (1) we miss the 24-hour delivery window and you no longer want the work, or (2) duplicate or erroneous charges. 5. What we don't promise
Listing Dept does not guarantee any specific real-world outcome from the use of our deliverables. We do not promise more showings, faster sales, higher offers, or any other market result. Deliverables are written marketing assets — what you do with them is up to you.
6. Communications
By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order (delivery confirmation, receipts, rewrite requests). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
7. Liability
Listing Dept's total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
