We don't do refunds — we do rewrites. If we miss the mark, we keep working it until you're happy. Most rewrites are tonal, and most listings don't need one.

FAQ

Things agents ask before ordering.

Time. Most agents we talk to know they should write better descriptions — they just don't. Three open houses a day, two showings, a dozen calls. Listing copy gets rushed at 11pm, or pulled from a template. We sit with the listing for an hour and write it like the only thing we have to do that day. The deliverable is yours; you can edit, replace, or ignore any of it.

A link to the listing — Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, anything public. We pull the photos, features, and details from there. If the listing isn't public yet, paste in the property details and a few photos. That's it.

We rewrite it. Free, as many times as it takes, until you're happy with it. We don't do refunds — once a deliverable is in your inbox, we can't take it back, and we'd rather solve the problem than walk away from it. In practice, most rewrites are tonal nudges, not full do-overs.

Yes. The short version (~250 chars) is sized for MLS character limits. The standard and long versions are for your website, brochures, and email. All copy is yours, work-for-hire — paste it anywhere.

Promised: 24 hours. Actual median: under 3 hours. We err on the side of under-promising. If you submit at 9am, you'll usually have everything by lunch.

Only if you want to. Most agents prefer not to — that's the appeal. Email replies are answered the same day by a real human. No phone tree, no Calendly link.

Honestly, none. The catch is the volume — we work efficiently, charge fairly, and don't try to upsell you into anything you don't need. If the single listing works, you'll come back. If it doesn't, we'll have rewritten it until it did.
