We don't do refunds. We do rewrites — as many as it takes until you're happy with what we sent.

Why no refunds

Our deliverable is text and a PDF. Once we send it, you have it forever. There's no version of you returning the work, so offering "money-back" on it would be dishonest. What we can offer is something stronger: we keep working the listing until it's right. That's a harder promise. We'd rather stand behind it.

How rewrites work

Reply to your delivery email and tell us what's off. Tone too stiff. Hook lands wrong. Missed a feature. Whatever it is. We'll rewrite within 12 hours, no extra charge. If the second pass doesn't land either, we keep going. Most listings don't need one rewrite. None we've worked on has needed three.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of the current billing period and aren't charged again. No partial-month refunds, but also no lock-in.

Edge cases we DO refund

Two situations get a refund without question: (1) we missed the 24-hour delivery window and you don't want to wait, (2) your card was charged twice or charged in error. Both fixed within one business day.

One thing we ask

If you're unhappy enough to want to walk away, tell us why first. Not because we'll talk you out of it — we won't — but because honest feedback is how we get better.
