What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your email address, name, and payment information (handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers). When you submit a listing, we collect the public information from your listing URL and any details you paste in.
When we email you
We may send you a single cold email about Listing Dept if you are a real estate agent with a publicly published listing. After you respond, place an order, or unsubscribe, you are off the outreach list permanently.
What we do with your data
We use your data to deliver your order, keep records for tax and accounting, and improve the service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers we use
Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI text generation). Each is bound by their own privacy terms. We send only the minimum data each needs to perform their function.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or delete your account by emailing hello@listingdept.org. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies to operate the site (session, checkout). We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
